From start to finish we were kept up to date every step of the way with all the information a seller needs by daily phone calls and weekly meetings with written updates.

David's good communication enabled us to be confident about our advertising plans and the need to continually monitor the response and make changes as required.

We were satisfied with David's integrity and his realistic appraisal of our property in not offering inflated "blue sky" valuations (unlike others) but informed us of the current market state and outlined his strategy for gauging the market interest and building our campaign in a stepwise fashion in response to feedback received.

We recently sold our house at Oxford Close, Carindale through Harcourts Carina/Carindale – could we take this opportunity to thank both Brian & Narelle. They did and excellent job in managing the sale, advertising & open days.

We had advice on price & presentation from other agents, but found they could not match the enthusiasm, understanding & depth of knowledge of Brian & Narelle.

The resulting quick sale meant we needed to look around for a new property, once again Brian & Narelle went to work and their research found us the new house at Camira Street, Alexandra Hills.
